1. The care center will handle all calls and provide in the moment support. It is important that the people reaching in for this support feel heard and are able to express their concerns or emotions. 
2. We will collect information about what kind of debt or financial help they are seeking. And a ticket for fulfillment will be created and passed to the fulfillment team. 

3.  Potential disclaimer message/shortcut "I wanted to make sure you have an understanding about what your benefit covers. Once availability with a financial advisor has been found, the fulfillment team will get back to you to setup an initial consultation for about 30-45 minutes. In some cases the initial consultation will be all you need. If not, It will be up to you if you would like to continue services and pay for them. The pricing for continued services will be delivered by the financial consultant at the end of the free consultation. Continued financial services are not covered by your EAP benefit." (Make sure you leave the door open for them to get back in touch with us if for any reason it doesn't work out.

4. Noelle or Joel will reach out to Dallin by phone at 385-787-1358 and give him the information. (if there is no answer we will email dbunnell@erg-slc.com )
5. Dallin will then let us know how he would like us to proceed after we provide him with the details of the case. (In some cases he will call them directly in others he may give us a different person to contact.)

6. We will follow up to see how it went since this is a new service and a new partnership with elevated. Make sure that Joel or Noelle know about any complaints or negative feedback. : )

7. Kaylee will track any financial fulfillment from Salt Lake County. Because Kaylee is the best.
