Each caller will be notified when they call the care center that the call is being recorded for training purposes. If we call out then we must notify the person verbally that the call is being recorded by saying, "I want to let you know that I'm calling on a recorded line. Our calls are recorded for internal training purposes only and will remain confidential". If they have more questions about what we do with the recordings you can let them know that "no recordings are kept longer than one month after the time they were created." If they have even more questions please try to support their care center needs first and give them my email address so they can ask further questions and I can handle their confidentiality concerns as needed. joel@blunovus.com
